Friday Ten

October 28th, 2005 · 2 Comments

Inspired by Doc Smartypants, here is my inaugural Friday Ten:

David Brown

David Epstein

Jeffrey Kofman
Anderson Cooper
David Muir

Jim Sciutto

Dan Harris

Terry Moran

Jake Tapper

Matt Lauer

(And if you think, "Ten what?", well, the only point is that there are ten of them. That’s all the guidance there is from the Doc. But these are in fact ten of something very specific.)

Oh Dear. Now I’ve gone and done it.

September 5th, 2005 · 2 Comments

Doc Smartypants, in her Bomba Room, having fallen prey to a meme, of course had to perpetuate it. My resistance was low, and now I have to pay the piper.

2) I’ll tell you what song/movie reminds me of you.

August 9th, 2005 · No Comments

Another meme

June 7th, 2005 · 1 Comment

It seems to be the season. I’ve seen several I like. Here’s one I picked up off of Noli Irritare Leones.

Copy this whole list into your blog. Bold the things that are true about you. Add something that is true about you.

01. I miss somebody right now.
02. I don’t watch much TV these days.
03. I [...]

Book Meme

June 1st, 2005 · 2 Comments

Rivertyde has tagged me for the current book meme. Here are the four questions and my answers:
What is the total number of books I’ve owned? Well now, that’s extremely hard to say. I currently own around 600 books. But my book-buying life has spanned, in addition to the regular across-town moves to a new house [...]
