We shared some of our thoughts about the needs of a meetinghouse, including:
- a greeting area outside the chat range of the meeting room,
- more flexible seating,
- views of the surroundings,
- an informational board to help people navigate to the current meetinghouse,
- steps to sit on outside,
- the sense that it is a spiritual place, and
- making every square meter count.
We looked at a life-size draft, and began making adjustments and suggestions. We prefer a seating area that tends to square rather than rectangular, we prefer introducing multiple rings rather than infinitely expanding the circle, and sight-lines (both to the outdoors and to other avatars) are important.
